2008 CHAPTER REGISTRATION

GWTA Chapter Registration Fees for 2008 may be waived for chapters who have accomplished the following tasks:

1. An officer of the chapter must attend the Education Seminar that is

    being arranged by the Region Directors as well as the National

    Education & Retention Directors.

2. An officer of the chapter must attend the Rider Education Safety

    Seminar that is being arranged by the Region Directors as well as the

    National Rider Education Directors.

3. Officer in attendance at each seminar should obtain signatures

    required at the bottom of this form.

4. The chapter achieves growth by 25% between September 1, 2007 &

    November 30, 2007 by taking advantage of the FREE GWTA

    Membership Drive during that time period.

Beginning December 1, 2007 the National Office will obtain the list of

chapters in attendance at each Regional Education Seminar. Calculations will also be made to determine growth in each chapter. Upon completion,

qualifying chapters will be notified that their 2008 chapter registration fee

has been waived. Chapters are still required to submit the proper form to

their Region Director. Region Directors will forward all paperwork to the

National Office for processing.
